mo4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents (Indonesian ID card or passport, proof of address, payment method verification) at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
To register an account with mo4d, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be closed and any associated winnings may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must immediately notify mo4d customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. mo4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
mo4d reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, underage gambling, or abuse of promotional offers. In such cases, mo4d may withhold account balances pending investigation.
You must be 21 years or older to use mo4d. Online gambling is restricted to adults only under Indonesian regulations. We employ strict age verification procedures and reserve the right to close accounts and void winnings for underage players.
mo4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and cryptocurrency options where available. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Players may also set personal deposit limits through account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools.
Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your mo4d account within minutes. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on payment provider processing times. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
If a deposit is reversed, charged back, or otherwise unsuccessful after initial processing, mo4d reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from your account balance, suspend your account, and pursue recovery of the funds. You agree to reimburse mo4d for any losses, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of reversed deposits.
You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to identity verification, bonus wagering requirements, and anti-money laundering compliance. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per day for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are free of charge. E-wallet withdrawals incur a 1% administrative fee deducted from the withdrawal amount.
mo4d processes most withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours.
Before processing your first withdrawal, mo4d requires identity verification (KYC) documentation including a clear photo of your Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport, and may request proof of address and payment method verification. Withdrawals will be held pending receipt and approval of required documents.
mo4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are clearly stated in each promotion's detailed conditions.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover requirements) that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Different games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements.
mo4d strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, or using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. Suspected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account termination.
mo4d offers pre-match and live betting on a wide range of sports including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Champions League), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and esports. All bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market.
mo4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Once a bet is accepted and appears in your bet history with a bet ID, it becomes a valid wager. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sports governing body. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or does not start, bets are typically voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
If mo4d offers odds or markets that are clearly erroneous (palpable errors) due to technical glitches, human error, or data feed issues, we reserve the right to void bets placed on such errors. This includes incorrect odds, incorrect scores in live betting, and incorrect market offerings. Players are expected to recognize obvious errors and may not exploit such mistakes.
mo4d's casino section includes slots, live dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), video poker, and other casino games provided by licensed third-party game providers. All games are subject to the rules and RTP (Return to Player) percentages published by the game provider and displayed within each game's information panel.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software failure, all affected bets and game rounds are void. mo4d will credit your account with the original stake amount if a malfunction occurs during gameplay. Game providers' official records take precedence in dispute resolution.
When playing live dealer games, you must conduct yourself respectfully toward dealers and other players. Abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from live tables and potential account suspension.

We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion options accessible through your account settings. Players may self-exclude from mo4d for temporary periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days) or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, mo4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or fitness for purpose of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform and are not liable for temporary outages, maintenance periods, or technical difficulties.
mo4d's total liability to any Player for any claims arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their account during the six months immediately preceding the claim.
All content on the mo4d platform including logos, graphics, text, software, and data compilations is the property of mo4d or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any mo4d content without prior written consent.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of mo4d services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, Players agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through mo4d's internal complaints procedure by contacting our customer support team. We will endeavor to resolve complaints within 14 business days.
mo4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or platform notification. Continued use of mo4d services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
